It would not be an exaggeration to say that we looked at dozens of websites and hundreds of house designs before finding the Ashby plan by Exciting Home Plans. We were drawn to the ‘curb appeal’ of the outside, the cottage style, and the functionality of the floor plan. One of our preferences for our new house was an open design with no hallways. We found what we were looking for at Exciting Home Plans.
Once we’d decided on the Ashby, Exciting Home Plans chief designer and his team were quick to respond to the changes we envisioned. He has also worked with our builder to ensure that the plan meets local building codes, and utilizes the construction methods and materials common to our area.
They are readily accessible by phone, Skype, email and even online chats. He has continued to be available to answer any questions we or the builder have. Construction has just begun and we appreciate the role that Exciting Home Plans has played in our home-building process so far. We look forward to continuing the relationship.
