All Exciting Home Plans plans can be modified to fit your personal lifestyle needs. Most of our requests for customization are minor and can be done at an affordable price within a reasonable amount of time.
We understand finding exactly what you want sometimes has its challenges. For this reason we have a staff dedicated in providing solutions for even the simplest modifications to your Exciting Home Plans. It is very common for people to make changes to Exciting Home Plans such as moving walls or increasing the size of the garage.
You can buy the plan first and then request an estimate or you can use this handy form or call us toll-free to get an estimate before you purchase the plan. If you decide to buy the plan first there will be a link to the modification page after you make the purchase.
We can prepare a FREE estimate to customize the plan of your choice. To prepare the estimate, you need to tell us all the details of what you want changed. Our estimate will be the actual price you will pay to make the changes you request.
To make the process as simple as possible so you understand the cost in making changes all modifications fit into one of the 5 categories below. Once we have the modification we will confirm the price.
Minor no structural or roof changes (two rooms): $299
Minor with some structural change or a minor roof alteration: $499
Comprehensive change involving 3 or more rooms with no structural change: $699
Comprehensive change involving 3 or more rooms some structural change or minor roof change: $899

Modification Purchase
It is easy as 1, 2 3
• Go to your plan page and click on the floor plan(s) you wish to modify and click print.
• Mark the layout with your changes (see sample). Scan the layout and click on attach below to attach your sketch. If the change you are requesting affects more than one floor just click attach again.

• Increase depth of rear deck 2' 0"
• Add Buffet Hutch to Dining area
• Show rough-in wet bar to basement 14' 6" long. Include sink and under the counter refrigerator
