I’ve had numerous house plans completed by local establishments in my area with very little success. Once I connected with Gerry and his group things got a whole lot easier. My husband and I have had the dream to build a home for years and started looking for the perfect plan. We found a plan off of Exciting Home Plans and loved it. We still had a few years to wait to build the house and we would always look over other plans but nothing ever came close to how great this plan was for our family. The few things that we wanted changed were easily changed by the Exciting Homes staff, to make it one hundred percent perfect and costume for us. We are currently in the midst of building the home and are so excited for it to be finished. It would not be an exaggeration to say that we looked at dozens of websites and hundreds of house designs before finding the Ashby plan by Exciting Home Plans. We were drawn to the ‘curb appeal’ of the outside, the cottage style, and the functionality of the floor plan. One of our preferences for our new house was an open design with no hallways. We found what we were looking for at Exciting Home Plans. Once we’d decided on the Ashby, Exciting Home Plans chief designer and his team were quick to respond to the changes we envisioned. We had looked at hundreds of home plans from other businesses and none of them worked for what we wanted and the companies didn’t seem willing to work with us!
